Cheltenham & Hackney-based beauty brand LIHA is enjoying great success during the first day at Balance Festival, with festival-goers flocking to try out the company's ethical and vegan oils, body butters and soaps.
We sit down with creative director and self-proclaimed beauty junkie, Liha Okunniwa to talk about exactly why the products are so popular and how Londoners can make their own homemade body butter with kitchen ingredients!
Liha and her business partner Abi Oyepitan regularly host workshops where they teach people how Shea Butter is made, how essential oils can be used to naturally improve or reduce skin conditions like dryness and sensitivity and - of course - how to prepare your own 100% plant-based body butter.
This year, the pair are also offering free workshops to Rape Crisis centres across the UK, as an initiative to help survivors through self care and empowerment.
You can read more about LIHA and how to sign up to a workshop here.
